Playground House Rules (Active Space & Pickleball Court) 1. Court Etiquette & Safety Proper Footwear Required: Non-marking athletic or court shoes must be worn at all times. No open-toed shoes, sandals, or bare feet. Clear the Play Area: Keep bags, water bottles, extra paddles, and gear off the active court surface and outside the safety zones. Call Out Warnings: Call out "Ball on court!" immediately if a stray ball enters another active playing area to prevent injuries. 2. Pickleball Court Rotation & Play Rotation System: If players are waiting, limit matches to standard scoring (first to 11 points, win by 2) Paddle Stack System: Next up in line stacks their paddle at the designated waiting area. Respect the Line Calls: Call your own side fairly and graciously. 3. Equipment Care & Respect Treat the Gear with Care: Do not strike paddles against the net, ground, or perimeter fences. Net Safety: Do not sit, lean, or jump over the pickleball nets. Return Equipment: Place all shared balls, paddles, and training equipment back in their proper storage areas after use. 4. General Space Rules Stay Hydrated & Clean: Water in closed containers is welcome. No glass bottles, food, chewing gum, or sugary drinks on the court surface. Respect the Vibe: Keep language family-friendly and tone encouraging. Clean Up: Dispose of all trash and wipe down any shared seating or equipment after your session. 5. Management Policies & Liability Personal Belongings: Management is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your items secure. Right of Admission & Refusal: Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises or deny future access for failing to comply with the rules or displaying disruptive behavior.
