You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CourtBook is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings made through CourtBook are subject to the availability and policies of each individual sports facility. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are set by the facility owner and displayed at the time of booking. - Handle payment disputes and refunds directly with customers in good faith.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing their facility.
6. Free Access and Donations
CourtBook is free to use for all facility owners and players — no subscription, no trial period, no credit card required. Voluntary donations are accepted to help support server costs and ongoing development, but are never required for access. CourtBook reserves the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the CourtBook Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of CourtBook and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
CourtBook is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtBook disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
9. Termination
CourtBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.
