Most facility owners are live in under 10 minutes. You create your account, add your courts with photos and pricing, and share your booking link. That's it.
Yes. You can add as many courts as you need across any sport — badminton, basketball, tennis, futsal, volleyball, pickleball, and more. Each court has its own schedule and pricing.
No — customers can book a court, join an Open Play session, or buy a bundle as a guest, no registration required. They just provide their name, email, and phone, and manage their booking afterward through a private link sent to their email.
Yes — that's Open Play. Reserve an hour range on any court, set a max headcount and a price per head, and individual players can sign up for a spot instead of booking the whole court. You review sign-ups, including payment screenshots, from one roster.
No app needed. Customers book directly from your facility link on any browser. CourtBook also works as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — customers can add it to their home screen for an app-like experience.
Yes. Create a Staff account from Manage > Staff and set their password yourself. They get a limited "Front Desk" area to book walk-in customers, log cash/GCash/Maya/GoTyme payments, and look up bookings — with no access to your Settings, Rates, Courts, Analytics, or billing.
Your front-desk staff picks the court and time, enters the customer's name and phone, and confirms the payment method — Cash, GCash, Maya, or GoTyme (whichever you've set up). The booking is confirmed immediately, no proof-of-payment step needed since staff verifies it in person; a screenshot can still be attached for GCash/Maya/GoTyme if you want a record.
Yes. Set up a catalog of rentable items (name + price) from Manage > Add-ons, and both your customers (booking online) and your staff (booking a walk-in) can add them to a booking with a quantity. The cost is added on top of the court rate automatically.
The Sales Log (Manage > Sales Log for you, "My Sales Log" for staff) lists every walk-in booking, Open Play sign-up, and add-on rental — cash or digital — grouped by staff member and by day, broken down into court rental vs. add-ons vs. total paid and payment method, so you can match it against what was actually collected.
Yes — from Manage > All Bookings, use "Export to CSV" with a date range and status filter. The file includes every booking's date/time, court, customer, court rental, add-ons, total paid, payment method and reference, status, which staff member (if any) logged it, and when it was booked — ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
