ORO Pickle House Rules & Court Guidelines 1. Check-In, Check-Out & Court Reservations •Check in before play and check out after play at the Oro Pickle Courtside Shop. •Play only on your reserved court during your scheduled time. 2. Food, Drinks & Selling •Food and beverages are allowed only in the spectator area. •Bringing in, selling, or promoting products or services offered by the Courtside Shop or authorized tenants is prohibited. 3. Safety First •Play responsibly. •Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, weapons, hazardous materials, and dangerous play are strictly prohibited. 4. Proper Attire •Wear non-marking court shoes and appropriate sports attire. •Slippers, sandals, barefoot play, and court-damaging footwear are not allowed. 5. Personal Belongings •Keep your belongings secure. •Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. •Lost items will be kept at the Courtside Shop for up to 7 days. Unclaimed items may be donated or responsibly disposed of. 6. Respect the Courts & Others •Keep bags, chairs, and personal belongings off the courts. •Do not drag furniture or equipment. •Show respect and good sportsmanship. •Abusive language, harassment, cheating, fighting, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. •Report any damage or safety concerns immediately. 7. Children, Guests & Pets •Children must be supervised. •Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas. •Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals. 8. Photography & Media •Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. •Please inform our staff if you do not wish to appear. 9. Follow Staff Instructions •Follow the instructions of Oro Pickle staff and Management at all times. 10. Management Policy •Anyone who causes damage to the facility is responsible for repair or replacement costs. •Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates these guidelines. •These guidelines may be updated without prior notice.
