ECOLAND PHASE 4 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BASKETBALL & TENNIS COURT HOUSE RULES Online Booking Only – All court reservations must be made through the official online booking system. Cashless Payments Only – All payments must be made through the official cashless payment channels. Ecoland Phase 4 does not accept cash payments. Report Cash Collection Attempts – If any person asks for or accepts cash for court booking, this must be reported immediately to the official HOA email, as such transaction is considered unauthorized and potentially fraudulent. Valid Booking Required – Courts may only be used within the approved booking schedule. Basketball Court Capacity – Maximum of 30 persons per booking. No Large Events Without Approval – The courts may not be used for tournaments, parties, large events, commercial activities, or similar gatherings without prior proper authorization from the Homeowners Association. Observe Booking Time Strictly – Users must vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved period. Lights Must Be Turned Off – The last authorized user must switch off all court lights before leaving. Leaving the lights on beyond the booking period shall automatically result in a permanent ban from future bookings. Clean As You Go – All users must properly dispose of their own trash. The facility is strictly self-service. Leaving trash or failing to clean up may result in suspension or permanent loss of booking privileges. Respect the Facility and Community – Proper conduct, appropriate attire, and respectful behavior are required at all times. Any damage to the facility may be charged to the responsible party. HOA Authority – The Homeowners Association reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or deny bookings for violations of these rules.
